		<description>I have to agree about &#039;putting the past behind you.&#039;  A clean, tidy desktop (both the actual desk and the computer screen) and organized files are so motivating.  And it is a lot easier to work when your desk isn&#039;t buried in piles of books, dying houseplants, and who knows what else (which is what my desk is like right now--no wonder I don&#039;t feel like working!).</description>
