There will always be more tasks on your to-do list, and most of those tasks will not be the sort that match your core values or get you closer to your overall goals. When you make a schedule or a list, make sure that you put the things that matter first.
Informational posts that tell you where to find things are very useful to. They are easy to write because they generally come in the form of a list, and they are easy to update and repost as new information comes in.
If you have a thriving internal blog, you can use that as a feeder for your external blog. Your editor takes the best of the internal posts, edits out anything that might be too revealing or inappropriate for a general public audience, and publishes those articles to the external blog.
