Our company offers discounts on international postage (IPA and ISAL services thru the USPS)and since the rate increase in May (and the loss of the "Publishers Periodical")we have heard from many small publishers that needed to find a cheaper way to mail their publications internationally. I'd just like to offer us up as a resource if needed. While we can't help with domestic rates, we do offer great discounts on international and we do not have a minimum volume requirement or require you to sign any contracts.
