I can relate to a quite a few points from the above list, allow me to add more:

- The PM has an open door policy, which never seems to be open.
- The PM assigns the exact same task to multiple people at the same time, and goes insane when he knows that X, Y, and Z are working on the same task.
- The PM calls someone during his lunch break to do something “urgent”.

All those who have enjoyed (pronounced endured) working for insanely moronic PM’s like this should treasure the experience because the encounters are inevitably very short-lived. In no time at all, this guy and most like him will be promoted out of harm’s way and end up as the Chairman of the board.
