What most people need are clear goals, clear instructions and reasonable rewards. I have nothing against teamwork. I am often on good teams. Most of them are small and have a very specific focus. There we were urged to stick to your heads the note: "never say NO" and other golden rules... But what do you think: is there another way of forming a succesful corporate group?
