		<description>Great list. It&#039;s actually also a good resource for people who write professionally. In my experience, all writers can benefit from branching out and trying different types of writing or at least different venues. 

I used to work through a creative talent agency that placed me on a lot of projects as a content developer and managing editor. Through those experiences I ran into a lot of fledgling writers who had little real-world experience. Their work definitely suffered for it. I was attuned to that, because I noticed that the more diverse my own experience became, the more I was able to bring to subsequent jobs -- even if they seemed unrelated.

Anyway, that&#039;s just my two-cents. I like to see writers explore their full potential. :-)
