I've read her Cinquains before, and though her syllable pattern may have been well done, I question whether her Cinquains are proper? Has this style been accepted by the literary world or is it of historical value alone that keeps her name remembered? Because it almost seems like free verse in Cinquain assimilation...

Genes last blog post..<a href="http://worser.blogspot.com/2008/08/music-cinquain.html" rel="nofollow">Music (Cinquain)</a>

My article was intended to inform in particular on those wishing to write in the American cinquain form ...I recenly started the website group mentioned as a kind of
workshop forum as a resource for those interested in the various single five
line image poetic forms such as tanka;cinqku;tetractys;lanternes and the various quintain forms.

Well, i guess this was helpful in some ways. But im not exactley sure how... I didn't really
understand some of it. Again, im not sure why. I guess i thought that this was advice, but to
me it just seems like you are telling us about a person and how they used to write poetry. I
guess the info about the two types of poems was somewhat helpful. I now know what a doublet is...
Thanks for that!
